Getting started
What does AIDG Vendor Console do?
It organizes vendor documents, dates, requirements, and follow-up so a property team can see what is current, what is missing, and what should be reviewed next.
Explore the sample workspaceWho is the product designed for?
The product is designed for small and midsize property-management teams coordinating recurring vendor documents without a dedicated vendor-compliance department.
Is the public workspace a production account?
No. The public workspace contains illustrative sample data for evaluating the product experience. Do not enter real vendor, confidential, regulated, or personal information.
Review the security boundaryDocuments
What documents can it track?
The planned production scope includes certificates of insurance, W-9s, licenses, and other customer-defined vendor requirements. The current preview uses sample records only.
Open the document checklistDoes it approve vendors or guarantee compliance?
No. The software organizes evidence and flags gaps. A person remains responsible for vendor approval, legal interpretation, and the organization’s risk decisions.
How will expiration reminders work?
Production reminders are planned to follow a customer-defined cadence and stop when the vendor responds. Reminder controls in the current preview demonstrate the intended workflow and do not send messages.
Can one vendor have requirements for multiple properties?
Multi-property requirements are part of the intended workflow: the same vendor can have shared documents plus property-specific requirements. The current public preview illustrates readiness concepts rather than a production multi-tenant record system.
Privacy & security
Does the preview store uploaded documents?
No. The preview is not a production document repository. Production storage, tenant isolation, retention, deletion, backups, and access controls must pass the release gate before real documents are accepted.
Read the privacy noticeIs this help assistant sending my question to AI?
Not in the current release. The on-page help assistant matches questions to this published help library in your browser and does not send the conversation to AIDG or an AI provider.
How should I report a security concern?
Email info@aidiscoverygroup.com with the subject “AIDG Vendor Console security.” Do not include sensitive vendor documents or credentials in the message.
Email a security concernPlans & billing
How much will it cost?
The proposed founding-partner rate is $79 per month for the first 10 accepted teams. Proposed standard tiers are $99 and $249 per month. Prices and limits remain subject to pilot validation.
Review proposed plansIs checkout live?
Not yet. AI Discovery Group is completing merchant, tax, refund, webhook, entitlement, and support controls before enabling self-service charges.
Will vendors pay to submit documents?
The planned workflow does not charge vendors for submitting requested documents. Pricing is directed to the property-management customer.
